Great spot to stay! The Staff were all lovely and helpful. We stayed during a big snow storm and ended up staying an extra night. Location is perfect - highly recommend dinner across the street at Cho Dang Gol and get the Spicy Galbi Jjim - absolutely incredible. Easy access to the subway and far enough away from time square to avoid the tourist hustle. The rooms are well planned. No coffee maker in room but that’s what you’ll find in most hotels here and they’ve got a coffee shop right next door you.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few frustrating issues. While we were in the air, our connecting flight to New York was canceled and we were rebooked for the following day. I called the hotel immediately to let them know of our delayed arrival, and the front desk assured me they made a note of it. However, when we arrived the next day, our reservation had been marked as a “no show” and our king room had been given away. The hotel was sold out of king rooms, though they were able to accommodate us in a room with double beds. While we were grateful to have a room, this situation could have easily resulted in us being turned away had they been fully sold out. On the day of check-out, we stopped by the front desk to request a late check-out until noon instead of 11 a.m. The front desk agent noted our room number and said it wouldn’t be a problem. However, when we returned to our room at 11:45 a.m., our key no longer worked and we had to return to the desk to have it reactivated. We did speak with two managers—one named Monica and another whose name I unfortunately don’t recall—and both were very helpful and professional. That said, these issues and conversations could have been avoided with more consistent communication and attention from the front desk staff. On a positive note, we also experienced a toilet issue during our stay, and maintenance responded promptly and resolved it right away.

Before we even arrived at the location, I interacted with the general manager, Monica. I needed to update my reservation due my mom staying with us. She was the most helpful at getting it updated for me. She went the extra mile for me as I wasn't able to get back to her same day to confirm. I ended up talking to her a couple days after, and she said she had already taken care of it. It was such a relief as I knew it would be a busy week for the hotel and was worried about even being able to make the change. The hotel entrance and lobby are so chic. We reserved 2 rooms. 1 King room and 1 two double beds. We slept very well with minimal noise. The rooms were very nice and clean. Modern and surprisingly spacious. The bed was comfortable. I would have liked more firm pillows, but otherwise very nice. The shower was very nice, and we had hot water every night! The location was perfect. It was walking distance to Major spots likes Macy's, Empire State Building, and 5th Ave stores. Coffee shops, Angelina's bakery and a burger spot right across the street. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location with easy access to the metro and plenty of shopping nearby. Street noise can be noticeable until at least midnight. Most of the team members were friendly and attentive. We were able to leave our luggage before our room was ready, as well as after check-out – very useful and free of charge! I would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at the Gregorian. Centrally located to everything and the subway. Clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We encountered one issue with our sink drain and maintenance came in less than 5 minutes to resolve it. We would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms are not quiet. You hear everything outside and n the street (or you did from our room which faced 35th St). The service seemed good. Everyone was friendly. We don’t need anything but some fresh towels during our week long stay. Great location. Very central to a lot of things. We were close enough to things but not in the bustle of it all which was perfect for us. First time to NYC and Christmas was definitely a delight here. Spent the week before Christmas in the city and it was lovely with a small amount of snow the day we arrived. We don’t usually get snow for Christmas so that was a wonderful surprise!

We initially had a 3 night stay over Thanksgiving and had so much fun and loved the hotel so much, we extended out another night. We loved everything about the hotel and the location was perfect. Bed was super comfy and the room was spacious. So close to everything. We will book here again!

Downside: it’s noisy, you participate in the street rattle&hum, there’s an ambulance and/or firetruck every 45seconds. The windows are very old fashioned and a window refurbishment would solve this issue. Upside: I had an upgrade room which was awesome in size and style. Talking style: the hotel must have been renovated recently and it looks and feels loved! Staff at the receptionist bent backwards to accommodate my requirements, full marks for them!
